I - In agreement with the shipping lines companies, the company management is notified with a total empty container on the berths and place of their presence.

II - A copy of the containers list is delivered to one of our tally-men who in turn coordinate the work and guide the equipments drivers (Forklifts and mafias) to move the containers from the berths into the empty yard.

III - There will be two of forklifts, one is on the berths and the other is in the empty yard.

IV - The forklift "which is on the berths "is loading the containers on the mafias and then the mafias are heading to the empty yard where there will be the other forklift waiting to discharge the containers in the yard.

V - After checking the numbers of the containers by company's tally-man, a receipt in the amount of containers will be given by the management to shipping lines that contracted with, also with indication of the final inventory of all movable containers.
